Craig and Tristan on the finished kennel                                               Moon Set at Storm Mountain

The top photos are of our old Kennel.  We have now completed our new construction and are in the process of drawing up plans for an indoor kennel.

We broke ground on a 44x14 expansion of our current kennel on July 5th. We have 12 new Prefiert 5x10 Kennels on order. An order with Nelson Mfg. is in for feeding and watering solutions. Additional amenities will include a Super Dog Den 2 and a Kuranada all aluminum Dog Bed with 40oz vinyl for each kennel which are on order.  I will have a picture of a fully set up run posted in a few days. The new addition includes graveled drainage around all four sides of the kennel. Five frost free hydrants have been installed using clear core water line and Insta-Tight connections to supply our dogs with clean clear water just like you would have in your home. An automatic watering line and permanent lighting are incorporated into the design as well. We will be extending our log and steel roof structure to cover the full 62 foot run. We are looking for a wind/weather blocking solution as well.

We also will be starting on an indoor kennel with indoor/outdoor runs late this summer. The indoor kennel when complete will be capable of boarding 20 single dogs. We will eventually expand our facility to be capable of boarding a total of  60 single dogs indoor and 12 single dogs outdoor.

In addition to buildings we will be putting up fencing around approximately 3/4 to 1 acre to proved a safe exercise area. We are located in a rural setting surrounded by alfalfa fields and have access to 3 lakes and 2 rivers within a few minutes drive.

We have completed a bird coop and 20x20 flight pen (shown by the waterline trench in the picture above) for raising our own birds. The birds are used training of our dogs for the field and introducing birds to our puppies.
